Trip Planning Prices

The cost of trip planning varies according the the length of the trip.  A shorter trip is easier and therefore cheaper to plan.  Our prices are as follows (including tax):

Up to one week:  $100

For every day over 1 week add $15

The price includes characterizing the trip, making all logistical preparations (including price shopping for you, booking flights, rentals and hotel rooms in your name etc.) and writing a custom made tour guide for your trip.  In my experience I usually save my clients more money than they spend on the trip planning service.   I usually converse with clients by mail and phone including video calls by Skype.
